Youda Technology puts a lot of emphasis on regular training and development exercise. We firmly believe that these are critical both to the growth of the company and its employees. We ensure that all employees have a well defined career growth path in the company and contribute to company and society once hired into the company. We at Youda Technology focus extensively on providing regular training to our employees in order to increase their competence and performance. The Human Resource Department along with the department leads are responsible for the planning of training programs, which fall into the following categories, on-board orientation training, skill-set training and advanced training. On-job orientation training is typically designed for new employees, while the supplementation and professional knowledge required in the work is realized by skill-set training in a specific area. For special technologies and project management, we provide planned advanced training.
